Refund and Returns Policy

General Returns Policy

All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of payment date.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Submit a request for a return through our contact form.
  2. Provide us with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.
  3. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return your product.

Refund Policy

  • Full refund: If you are not satisfied with your Roku IPTV service for any reason, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
  • Partial refund: If you cancel your subscription after 7 days, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the following schedule:
    • Refund requests from 7-14 days: 50% of purchase price will be refunded.
    • Refund requests from 14-30 days: 25% of purchase price will be refunded.
    • Refund requests after 30 days: No refund will be issued.

Return Shipping Costs

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions to the Refund Policy

The following types of returns are not eligible for a refund:

  • Returns that are made after the 7-day return period has expired.
  • Returns that are made for damaged or defective products that are the result of customer misuse or abuse.
  • Returns that are made for products that have been modified or altered in any way.
  • Returns that are made for products that have been used for more than 30 days.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product, we will process your refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the Roku product.
